CO ADA Facility and Site Survey

Stream Realty Acquisition awarded MTC a contract to complete an ADA facility audit of the Centerra Office Building, for compliance with title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Using the new 2010 Standards for Accessible Design as the benchmark for facility accessibility, MTC audited each of the 18 floors of the building, provided a Compliance Management Plan which included detailed documentation of all barriers to accessibility, along with a schedule and detailed methods for achieving accessibility compliance.
